​Vantage - Puzzle Box

This was my first attempt at building an interactable object in a game engine, so of course I made it a puzzle box.

 

Inspired by the game The Room, I designed, modeled, and animated a miniature puzzle cube in Cinema 4D, then rigged and coded all the interactive logic inside Unreal Engine.

 

The box features five puzzles in total: four smaller ones that feed into a final four-digit combo lock.

 

The interior environment was sourced from Quixel but fully lit and arranged by me. I also handled the audio, texturing, and effects work on the box itself.

 

Designing the puzzle flow and interaction logic ended up being the most fun part of the whole project.
