Sundial Deconstruction

For this project, I was challenged to take a single object and create a set of abstract style frames based on it. I chose a sundial, not just for its form but for what it represents. At its core, a sundial is one of the earliest tools of visual communication, using light and shadow to express something as intangible as time.

This exploration pushed me to think differently about shape, symbolism, and storytelling. I really enjoyed finding new ways to communicate meaning by breaking the object down to its essence.
