Adrift - Puzzle Game

This project was a personal bucket list item that I had been wanting to tackle for a long time. I finally gathered the courage to dive into Unreal Engine and learn blueprinting so I could create my very first game.

 

Being a huge fan of puzzles and slightly obsessed with sci-fi and space, I set out to build a space-themed escape room experience.

Over the course of 10 weeks, I developed and coded a fully playable, start-to-finish game. I designed and implemented all the puzzles myself. While some of the assets were kit-bashed, I also modeled several elements to fit the tone of the world.

 

This was a huge leap outside my comfort zone, and I’m really proud of what I was able to pull off from scratch. I plan to revisit and refine it in the future, but for now, this is the complete first version of Adrift.
